How to build a 110 Defender
Properly, This project took exactly 30 days from start to finish. I
unfortunately never took any photos of the original vehicle but it was a
mess, every panel was badly dented, rust had taken hold, the motor was
in the bin and the vehicle was partly stripped.
Every nut and bolt on the
body were replaced with stainless, chassis and all exposed metal parts
were cold galvanized, all pipes and brake lines were renewed, all
rubber components and every wearing part were replaced. The result
was “BETTER THAN NEW”
